1. Nature of Services

Leman Tech LLC provides software development and IT consulting services only. All agreements are service-based contracts delivered digitally to business clients.

The company does not provide dating, matchmaking, or social networking services. There are no user-to-user interaction or communication features on this platform.

2. Payments

Payments are made for completed or milestone-based software development services. All payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Leman Tech LLC does not accept or hold funds for investment, escrow, financial custody, or money transmission purposes.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on project status. Once development work has commenced or milestones are delivered, payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use delivered software solutions for illegal activities including fraud, money laundering, unauthorized financial services, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party provider policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Leman Tech LLC shall not be liable for misuse of delivered software products by clients or third parties beyond the agreed contractual scope.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
